What are You Feeling Today?

Maybe we can have some fun today? I'm busy getting everything done for my finals today, so I thought I might turn it around and have you sound off on any issues you'd like. Then we will use the comments section to discuss.

If not, that's okay. You can ask me anything if you cannot think of anything to talk about. I will answer all questions with the utmost honesty. Talk about issues you think are important if you must. Whatever, it will be fun and I'll get to finish up my studying. Peace to the Middle East.

Interesting idea Beo! Let's see, I'm pretty pissed that this season of South Park is already over! I mean it was a little longer than the season before it, but come on! People love that show and demand new episodes. Maybe they are running out of good ideas for episodes, but they should just look around at this world and there will be plenty of topics! Oh well, they are only dissapointing their fans.
I'm very pleased tho that Family Guy has returned to Fox. I don't know how they got cancelled in the first place, but it seems justice was served. I freakin love Family Guy!
Anyways, that's all! Have a good time studying (lol)and I'll ttyl!

Yeah, I only caught a few episodes this year and every time I think to put it on, it seems to be 10:30pm and I've already missed it. I love that show and I missed the whole season now I guess.

The Family Guy rocks as well. I really didn't catch on that it went to fox until someone told me. I always thought it was on fox. They rock though, very sick family. Thanks Steph, ya cutie pie.

Boy do you think actors will be replaced by cartoons someday?

No problem-o! I do think that eventually actors will become less popular, but I don't think they will ever really go away because there are still people who can't stand cartoons and need reality. That would be pretty interesting if it did happen tho...

Yeah, I think your right Steph. How pathetic would we be if we didn't even want to watch ourselves on T.V.

Good point. I think it's interesting how much less problems there are when you make a cartoon show, because the actors never complain and you just have to keep paying an artist who is never going to demand as much as an actor to draw.

Yup that's true! We do pay actors ridiculous amounts of money to act! Cartoon characters never complain or boycott the show, so naturally they are the first choice.

I quit smoking.

I'm sick.

South Park is funny, but like MASH -- they will eventually run out of ideas and it will die. Family guy is a great show too -- and so is king of the hill.

I think actors are really weird people who have problems they constantly hide from ( cue flashy wardrobes/cars/houses/families.)

Is Age discrimination rampant where you live?

Near me is a big govt site called Savannah River Site -- and they are discriminating against all the people around their 50's -- tourmenting them with layoffs, and finding many legal ways to do this.
I think its horrible how coorperations treat their workers these days.

-- Hope this gives enough to talk about :P

You're right about the actors Dav.Di. I don't see a lot of age discrimination around me, but it doesn't mean it isn't there. It really sucks that corperations don't take care of their loyal hard working workers. If someone wants to work, you can't tell them no because you think they are too old! They have the right to work for as long as they want! Retirement is optional! Anyways, I'm sorry to hear about all of the lay offs, and I hope you don't get impacted by it. Best wishes!

Sorry dav.di, I finished finals late last night and just crashed.

Good job on the quitting smoking. I did a few years back (yet I'll take someones if there is a party going on) and it is really so much better. My apartment smells nice, I smell nice and I don't cough when I wake up. Definetly a dumb habit.

I love watching King of the Hill late at night in bed. Totaly my kind of show. Did you know Brad Pitt does Boomhowers voice?

Age discrimenation is rampant everywhere in the US. The truth is, that every company wants to continue getting younger with the idea they want to get workers with ambition into departments where an older worker may have grown stagnant. It's not right, but it's the truth, and then older workers are forced to prove themselves all over again.

Companies can be very non-loyal to workers with such things as the Ploaroid buy out that occured recently in my state, where the CEO's made out with millions and retiree's getting something of about 46$ each from the company. Big business will, most of the time, always try to suck up as much money away from thier loyal workers in a case of "Too bad, so sad."

It's sucks, but it is something everyone of us is going to have to try to avoid at some point.

My favorite King of the Hill is the one where Bobby starts kicking everyone in the balls after he takes a women's self defense class.

I got fired yesterday. That was some bullshit. Luckily the temp agency found something else immediately so I start a new job on monday.

Right now I'm just enjoying the day off.

How's the studying coming along?

Bye!

T, that blows. But it didn't seem like you dug the job anyways. Temp agencies are good like that. Hopefully the next one will be better.

Studying is good, but I had to get an extension for my Algebra, so now I'll have to do that during the summer but what can ya do. I'm half retarded.

I'm jelous T. I want to be home right now.
